We currently only deliver within Denmark.

Free Delivery is available in Rødovre, Denmark.

For other areas within Denmark, delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Timeframe

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

We deliver 7 days a week, including holidays, to ensure your flowers arrive fresh.

Delivery Charges

Free Delivery in Rødovre, Denmark.

Delivery charges for other areas within Denmark depend on the distance from our store. Charges will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details.

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our location in Rødovre.

You will receive a notification once your order is out for delivery.

Delivery Conditions

If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we may:

Leave the flowers with a neighbor (if possible).

Attempt to contact the recipient for alternate delivery instructions.

If no alternative arrangements can be made, the flowers may be returned to our facility, and the customer will need to arrange re-delivery.

In case of incorrect or incomplete addresses, we are not responsible for failed deliveries. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

Handling & Quality Assurance

Our flowers are handled with the utmost care to ensure freshness and quality upon delivery.

If there are any issues with the delivered flowers, please contact us within 24 hours with clear pictures, and we will address your concern.

Special Occasion & Holiday Deliveries

During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.), deliveries may take longer due to high demand. We recommend placing orders in advance.
